Get to know Pari Studio

Hi there!

My name is Bianca and I’m the lead photographer and creative force behind Pari Studio.

For as long as I can remember, there have always been cameras in my life.Whether it was my grandfather capturing those oh-so attractive mid-bite shots, my film developing uncle and his cameras, or my mom’s stately Canon AE1, I guess it was inevitable that I would get bitten by the photography bug too.

I’ve always had an artistic side and decided to develop those skills by completing a degree in Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Arts, followed by a diploma in Graphic Design. Developing my first roll of film, bringing those negatives to life in the darkroom, and seeing my image appear right before my eyes was truly magical. All this has greatly impacted how I capture images today because it truly was a labour of love.

Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever… It remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.

Why I love Weddings

Wedding days are these beautiful time capsules of your love and bring together all of the important people in your lives. I love the range of emotions: from a father giving away his not-so-little-girl, the unexpected bridal party entrances, the belly laughs during speeches, to all of those tender moments in between.

My approach is to capture your wedding day through a mix of traditional and candid images, so when you flip back through your album and admire your wall art, you’ll be able to relive all of the emotions you felt for years to come.

It fills my heart with joy to hear how much you love your images and brings everything I do full-circle. Your trust in me to work my magic, document your day, and create beautiful, epic images is something I don’t take for granted – and who knows, maybe your images will be the inspiration for someone else’s wedding day!

Some quick tidbits about me!

01.

I can destroy a kitchen like nobody's business!
- If I had the time to cook and bake all day I would - as long as someone would clean up the dishes for me! I don't really have a signature dish (Beat Bobby Flay anyone!?) but I do get asked to bring my Tiramisu to family functions.

I love learning!
- With my degree in Visual Arts and my diploma in Graphic Design, you could say I'm a bit creative! But just because I've completed those programs doesn't mean I stopped learning. When I get a spare moment you can find me trying to fit in a photography course (or two!) and watching stories and reels from my photography idols.

Music feeds my soul!
- I can easily get lost in a YouTube rabbit hole and have found some amazing artists and songs based off their algorithm, but I love being able to pop in a CD and listen away. Some of my favourites include J. Cole, Florence and the Machine, Calvin Harris, Kings of Leon, Drake, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rage Against the Machine, Seals & Croft and too many obscure artists to name. This does mean that if you ask me for a playlist my eyes will light up with joy and I'd be more than happy to get lost in some music with you!

I love animals!
- Our current pets are two beautiful Maine Coons, Mila & London. The only thing bigger than their personalities are the tumbleweeds of hair that accumulate in our house. Don't worry, I'm not just a "cat person." I grew up with cats and dogs, and you can bet I'll try to become best friends with your fur babies too!
05.

I'm an obsessive reader!
- Give me a good book and a hot beverage, and I'm a happy camper! I consume romance novels at an unhealthy speed and I won't apologize for it! Historical Romances are my absolute favourite, but I've read a wide variety from the genre and always open for recommendations!

My couples often tell me how looking at their images takes them back to that moment in time and they’re able to relive how they felt that day. This is one of the reasons why it’s so important to print your images and hang them in your home. Your images are a perfect example for how those moments become long lasting memories, which is why they deserve to be on display!

My background in Graphic Design is a big influence for why I love seeing your images become wall art and albums. There’s no better way to relive those amazing moments and enjoy your images than by creating beautiful printed products to show off to family and friends. PLUS! I love putting my design skills to good use by creating a “mockup” of a space in your home with your favourite images so you can see which wall art layout will be best!
